Dr Francesca Salvi is a sociologist of (early) childhood, education, and gender. She is the founder and co-convenor of the Global Childhoods Research Group (GCRG), a core member of the Committee for UNESCO Chair in Early Childhood Education, Care and Development, and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Early Years Education.
